I have nothing for Fontennelle à Alençon, Alençon is a town in France.
Your Watch  was made between 1820-1825.
Musical watches are very rare, congratulations on this aquisition.
A similar musical Watch made by Oudin, a celeb watchmaker
dial side, it's the same movement.
